Excercise Class Schedule

Classes Rules: Participants must list themselves 12hrs prior to start of class.
Minimum of 2 people will be required for class.


Commit Spin Class
   Friday 6:30am

Latin Salsa Classes
   Tuesday 8:00pm - 9:30pm
   Thursday 8:00pm - 9:30pm
   Saturday 3:00pm - 4:30pm

Boot Camp Classes
   Monday 10:00am - 11:00am
   Wednesday   6:30am -  7:30am
   Wednesday 10:00am - 11:00am
   Friday 10:00am - 11:00am
   Boot Camp is a total body conditioning workout that improves your cardiovascular endurance, body reshaping
   and muscle strengthing. It's a one hour overall body workout that will whip you into shape.


Pilates Classes
   Tuesday   6:30pm - 7:30pm
   Saturday   11:00am - 12:00pm
   Pilates is a total body conditioning system that focuses on the ‘Powerhouse’ or deepest abdominal muscles,
   as well as the musculature surrounding the spine, pelvis and shoulder girdle. A consistent practice of pilates will
   build a strong, stable core and achieve balanced fitness – improving strength, stretch, stamina, and flexibility.
